Campfire Permit

Open burning within the limits of the City of Angola is not permitted  without first obtaining a "Permit for Open Burning."  You may complete the Permit to Open Burn at home and bring it to the fire station or visit the fire station from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm daily.  The permit is available at no charge.

The City of Angola Fire Department reserves the right to not permit open fires during times of extreme drought, high winds, pollution alert days or at the discretion of the Fire Chief.  Failure to abide by the terms of the Open Burn Permit will result in loss future Burn Permits.

Please use common sense and always be fire safe.
